Additive Inn

3D Printing

FDM, SLA, SLS and MJF under one roof — from fast, cost-effective prototypes to fine-detail resin and functional nylon parts, with in-house finishing when the print needs to look like a product.

3D Printing

Capabilities

  • FDM for cost-effective prototypes and large formats
  • SLA resin for fine detail and smooth surfaces
  • SLS / MJF nylon for functional, tool-less parts
  • PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, resins, and nylon
  • Large pieces printed in sections and bonded
  • In-house sanding, priming, painting, and electroplating

How we make it

  1. 01

    Upload & quote

Send an STL, STEP, or OBJ through our instant quote tool — or email the file with notes if you'd rather talk it through first.

  2. 02

    Process & material match

FDM for cost and size, SLA for detail and surface, SLS or MJF for functional parts without supports. We recommend, you confirm.

  3. 03

    Print

Parts queue onto the right machine for the job. Large pieces are split, printed in sections, and bonded with joints designed in.

  4. 04

    Finish

Raw print, or finished like a product — sanding, priming, spray paint, clear coat, even electroplating, all in the same workshop.

  5. 05

    QC & deliver

Dimensional check and surface inspection before packing. Collect from Bendemeer or have it delivered.

3D printing is where Additive Inn started, and it’s still the core of the workshop. The difference is what surrounds it: most print services hand you a raw part; ours sits next to a paint booth, an electroplating line, and a design desk — so a print can leave the building looking like a finished product, not a prototype.

Pick the right process, not just a printer

  • FDM — the workhorse. Cost-effective for prototypes, jigs, brackets, and large-format pieces. Widest material range: PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU.
  • SLA — resin printing for fine detail, smooth surfaces, and parts that will be painted, electroplated, or moulded from. The default for trophies, figurines, and presentation pieces.
  • SLS / MJF — nylon parts with no support structures, good mechanical properties, and clean surface finish. The choice for functional parts, hinges, clips, and small production runs.

Not sure which fits? Send the file and the application — we’ll recommend the process and material rather than quote blindly. Or start with our guide on FDM vs SLA vs SLS.

Beyond the build plate

  • Large prints — pieces bigger than any single machine get split, printed in sections, and bonded with alignment features designed in. See how we approach large-scale printing.
  • Finishing — sanding, priming, spray paint in Pantone-matched colours, clear coats, and electroplating over resin prints.
  • Design support — no file? The concept to fabrication team can model from a sketch, a photo, or a physical sample.

What we need

An STL, STEP, OBJ, or 3MF file, plus the intended use — display piece, functional part, or master for molding. Upload it to the instant quote tool for same-day pricing, or talk to us if the job needs a conversation first.
