Who we are

What we collect

We collect personal data only when you give it to us, such as:

Name and contact details: when you email, call, WhatsApp us, or submit our quote tool.
Project files (STL, STEP, design references, and photos you send us for figurine commissions) you upload for quoting or printing.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we don't store card details.
Usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, via Google Analytics 4 (with anonymised IP). Used in aggregate to understand which content is useful.

How we use it

Quote and fulfil your 3D printing or fabrication order.
Communicate about your project (status updates, ready-to-collect notices).
Improve our website and content based on what visitors actually use.
Comply with our legal obligations under Singapore law.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your project files with anyone outside our production team unless explicitly required to deliver the job (e.g. a CNC partner for a specific part).

Photos for figurine commissions

If you commission a figurine from photos (for example our Mini Me custom figurines), the photos you send are used solely to design and produce your piece. Producing the digital sculpt may involve third-party modelling tools that process the photos you submitted; we share only what is needed to produce your commission, and we never use your photos in our marketing without your explicit permission. Commission photos follow the project-file retention period below, and you can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

Designs you create in the Trophy Design Studio

When you personalise an award in our Trophy Design Studio, the logos, graphics and text you add are used solely to render and produce your award. Generating the preview involves third-party image-rendering tools that process the artwork and details you submit; we share only what is needed to create and manufacture your design. Your renders are saved to your account so you can review and reorder them, and so our production team can build exactly what you approved. They follow the project-file retention period below, and you can ask us to delete them earlier at any time. We never use your artwork or renders in our marketing without your explicit permission.

Chatting with Additive Intelligence, our design assistant

If you use our AI design assistant to plan a trophy or award, the messages you type, the details you enter in the project fields, and any images you upload are used solely to advise on and design your piece. Producing replies and design previews involves third-party AI language and image tools that process what you submit; we share only what is needed to help with your enquiry. Your conversation is kept so our team can pick it up seamlessly if you choose to continue with them on WhatsApp, and it follows the quote-request retention period below. You can ask us to delete a conversation earlier at any time. We never use your messages, artwork or previews in our marketing without your explicit permission.

Your account and order history

If you sign in with your mobile number, you can view your order history (both your 3D-printing jobs and your Store purchases) in your customer account. Store purchases are linked to your account using the mobile number you provide at checkout, so we can show you what you ordered (items, amounts and collection/delivery details) for your reference. We don't store your card details (see Payment information above); payments are handled by Stripe.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP addresses to measure site usage. GA4 sets a first-party cookie that helps us count unique sessions. No advertising or remarketing cookies are used. You can disable analytics in your browser by enabling Do Not Track or by blocking third-party scripts; doing so will not affect any website functionality.

Data retention

Quote requests (including design-assistant conversations and their uploads): kept 12 months from last contact, then deleted unless converted to an order.
Order records: kept 7 years for tax purposes as required by IRAS.
Project files (including commission photos): kept 12 months after delivery, then archived. We never reuse client designs for other jobs without explicit permission.
Analytics data: retained 14 months in GA4 then auto-deleted.

Your rights under PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or update inaccurate data; withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). To exercise any of these rights, email sales@additiveinn.com. We respond within 30 days as required by the PDPA.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect how we use your data will be communicated by email to active customers.
