Who we are

Additive Inn (https://www.additiveinn.com) is a Singapore-registered 3D printing and fabrication studio. Our registered address is 994 Bendemeer Road #07-06, Singapore 339943. For privacy queries, contact sales@additiveinn.com or +65 8923 2984.

What we collect

We collect personal data when you give it to us, and some automatically when you use our site, such as:

• Name and contact details: when you email, call, WhatsApp us, or submit our quote tool.
• Project files (STL, STEP, design references, and photos you send us for figurine commissions) you upload for quoting or printing.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we don't store card details.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you reached us, collected by the analytics and advertising tools described under Cookies, analytics and advertising below.

How we use it

• Quote and fulfil your 3D printing or fabrication order.
• Communicate about your project (status updates, ready-to-collect notices).
• Improve our website and content based on what visitors actually use.
• Measure how our advertising performs, and show our ads to people who have visited our site.
• Comply with our legal obligations under Singapore law.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your project files with anyone outside our production team unless explicitly required to deliver the job (e.g. a CNC partner for a specific part).

Photos for figurine commissions

If you commission a figurine from photos (for example our Mini Me custom figurines), the photos you send are used solely to design and produce your piece. Producing the digital sculpt may involve third-party modelling tools that process the photos you submitted; we share only what is needed to produce your commission, and we never use your photos in our marketing without your explicit permission. Commission photos follow the project-file retention period below, and you can ask us to delete them earlier at any time.

If you design a figurine but don't complete the order, we keep the design and the mobile number you signed in with so our team can check whether you'd like help finishing it. That is a one-to-one message about your own unfinished design, not a marketing campaign, and you can tell us to stop at any time or ask us to delete the design and the number.

Designs you create in the Trophy Design Studio

When you personalise an award in our Trophy Design Studio, the logos, graphics and text you add are used solely to render and produce your award. Generating the preview involves third-party image-rendering tools that process the artwork and details you submit; we share only what is needed to create and manufacture your design. Your renders are saved to your account so you can review and reorder them, and so our production team can build exactly what you approved. They follow the project-file retention period below, and you can ask us to delete them earlier at any time. We never use your artwork or renders in our marketing without your explicit permission.

Chatting with Additive Intelligence, our AI assistant

If you use our AI assistant, whether in a design studio or through the chat bubble available across our site, the messages you type, the details you enter in any project fields, and any images you upload are used solely to advise on and design your piece or answer your enquiry. Producing replies and design previews involves third-party AI language and image tools that process what you submit; we share only what is needed to help with your enquiry. Your conversation is kept so our team can pick it up seamlessly if you choose to continue with them on WhatsApp, and it follows the quote-request retention period below. You can ask us to delete a conversation earlier at any time. We never use your messages, artwork or previews in our marketing without your explicit permission.

Job applications and interviews

When you apply for a job or an internship on our careers page, your details and any CV you upload are saved in our internal staff system, where only the people who handle hiring (our directors and managers) can see them, and a copy of your application is emailed to them. If you book an interview, we put it on our studio calendar (Google Calendar) with your name, contact details and application, and Google emails you the invitation. Interviewers record their notes and scores against your application. We use all of this only to assess your application and arrange the interview, and we never use it for marketing.

Your account and order history

If you sign in with your mobile number, you can view your order history (both your 3D-printing jobs and your Store purchases) in your customer account. Store purchases are linked to your account using the mobile number you provide at checkout, so we can show you what you ordered (items, amounts and collection/delivery details) for your reference. We don't store your card details (see Payment information above); payments are handled by Stripe.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

Our website and online quote tool use cookies and similar tags, most of them from Google and Meta. They show us how people find and use the site, and whether our advertising works. None of them is needed for the site to work, and none of them receives your card details.

• Google Analytics 4: measures which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which visits lead to an enquiry or order. GA4 sets first-party cookies (_ga) to recognise a returning browser, and does not store IP addresses. Our own visit counter sets a first-party cookie (_aid, kept up to two years) and passes the page address, the previous page and the page title to GA4, so visits hidden by ad blockers are still counted. When you pay through our online checkout, our server reports the order value and items to GA4. We use these reports in aggregate.
• Google Ads measurement and remarketing: when we advertise on Google, Google Ads tags on our site and quote tool record whether a visit that started from one of our ads leads to an enquiry (such as a WhatsApp chat, a call or a quote request) or an order. They can also add your browser to audience lists so that our ads are shown to past visitors on Google Search, YouTube and websites in Google's network (remarketing). Google uses its own cookies for this.
• Meta Pixel: records page views and steps such as viewing a product, designing a figurine and starting checkout. Meta uses its cookies (such as _fbp) to match these visits to Facebook and Instagram accounts, so we can see which of our ads work and show our ads to people who have visited.
• Meta Conversions API: when you pay through our online checkout, our server sends Meta the order value and the items bought, together with your email address and mobile number, each converted into a one-way hash (SHA-256) before it leaves our systems. Meta uses the hashes to match the purchase to a Facebook or Instagram account, if you have one, so we can see which ads lead to sales. We do not send your name, delivery address or payment details.

Neither Google nor Meta tells us who you are: we see totals, such as how many visits or orders came from an ad. Both process this data under their own privacy policies, and may process it outside Singapore.

You can opt out at any time, and doing so will not affect how the site works:

• In your browser: block or delete cookies, browse in a private window, or use a content blocker that stops Google and Meta scripts. With cookies blocked, our visit counter can no longer tell a returning visit from a new one.
• Google Analytics: install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our own visit counter still counts the page view; block cookies for our site as well to stop it recognising your browser.
• Google ads: turn off personalised ads in My Ad Center, so Google no longer uses your activity, including visits to our site, to choose the ads you see.
• Meta ads: in Facebook or Instagram, open Accounts Center, then Your information and permissions, then Your activity off Meta technologies, and disconnect Additive Inn (or all businesses). Meta then stops linking our site and purchase activity to your account.

Data retention

• Quote requests (including AI-assistant conversations and their uploads): kept 12 months from last contact, then deleted unless converted to an order.
• Job and internship applications (including interview bookings): kept up to 12 months after the application, then deleted, unless you join us.
• Order records: kept 7 years for tax purposes as required by IRAS.
• Project files (including commission photos): kept 12 months after delivery, then archived. We never reuse client designs for other jobs without explicit permission.
• Analytics data: retained 14 months in GA4 then auto-deleted.
• Advertising data: held by Google and Meta under their own retention policies. Audience lists built from visits to our site expire automatically, after at most 540 days on Google Ads and 180 days on Meta.

Your rights under PDPA

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct or update inaccurate data; withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time; and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). To exercise any of these rights, email sales@additiveinn.com. We respond within 30 days as required by the PDPA.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our practices change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect how we use your data will be communicated by email to active customers.
