Good to know
Do I need to add bleed?
No. The cut runs a few millimetres outside your artwork, so none of it is trimmed. Only Edge to edge cuts into it, 2 mm in from its edge: for that one, keep words 2 mm in, or run your background 2 mm past where it should end.
What file works best?
A PNG with a see-through background, or an SVG: we trace its own shape. A JPG or a PDF page is cut as its rectangle. PNG · JPG · SVG · PDF, up to 10 MB.
What can I make?
Name plates for doors and desks, signs, machine faceplates and labels, awards and plaques: anything flat, printed in full colour on acrylic we cut to shape.
Which acrylic should I choose?
Clear, white or black, 1.5, 3, 5, 10 mm thick. On clear we can print on the back, read through the sheet, which keeps the print glossy and protected.
How big can it be?
From 5 mm a side up to A4 here. Larger, up to 600 × 400 mm, ask us on WhatsApp.
When is it ready?
We send a proof to approve before anything is cut. It is ready 5 to 7 working days after you approve it, to collect at Bendemeer.
