1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of https://www.additiveinn.com and any 3D printing, design, or fabrication services we provide ("Services"). By placing an order, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't place an order.

2. About us

"We", "us", and "our" refer to Additive Inn, a Singapore-registered business at 994 Bendemeer Road #07-06, Singapore 339943. Contact: sales@additiveinn.com, +65 8923 2984.

3. Quotes and orders

Quotes from our Instant Quote tool are valid for 14 days from issue. Manual quotes (for design work, multi-part assemblies, or non-standard finishing) are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

An order is confirmed only when we acknowledge it in writing (email or the order system). We reserve the right to decline any order, for example if the file cannot be reliably printed, contains objectionable content, or appears to infringe third-party rights.

4. Payment

Standard orders are payable in full on order confirmation. Larger jobs (above S$2,000) may require a 50% deposit on confirmation and balance on completion, by mutual agreement.

We accept payment by PayNow, bank transfer, and credit card (via Stripe). All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. GST (9%) applies where applicable; online store prices are shown excluding GST and 9% GST is added at checkout.

5. Lead times and delivery

Quoted lead times are estimates based on workshop capacity at order time. We make reasonable efforts to meet quoted dates and will notify you promptly of any delay. We are not liable for losses caused by delays beyond our reasonable control (supplier outages, shipping disruptions, public holidays, etc.).

Self-collection is at our workshop during opening hours. Local courier delivery is available across Singapore at additional cost.

Fragile personalised items (trophies, plaques and similar). These items are fragile and we recommend self-collection. Courier delivery is offered for convenience only and is at your sole risk: by selecting delivery for such items (and confirming this at checkout) you accept the risk of damage in transit and waive any claim against us for compensation, reprint or refund for damage caused by courier handling. This does not affect claims for items that were defective before handover to the courier, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Intellectual property

Your designs. You retain all IP rights in any designs, files, or specifications you provide. By submitting a file for printing, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We don't reuse client designs for other jobs without explicit permission.

Our work. Where we create original design work for you (Concept-to-Fabrication jobs), full IP rights in that work transfer to you upon full payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may retain rights to reuse generic process know-how and techniques.

Third-party content. You confirm that any files you submit do not infringe any third party's IP rights. We may decline to print files we believe to be infringing.

7. Quality and acceptance

We aim to deliver parts that match the quoted specification. On delivery, please inspect within 7 days. If a part is materially defective or doesn't match the specification, contact us and we'll reprint or refund at our option.

3D printing has process-inherent variations: visible layer lines on FDM, minor surface texture on SLS, slight colour variations between batches. These are not defects unless we agreed otherwise in writing during quoting.

8. Figurine and likeness commissions

Custom figurines made from photos (including our "Mini Me" range) are stylised artistic interpretations, not photorealistic replicas or 3D scans. The product page states the current style, sizes and what each price includes.

These commissions are approved in two stages: a digital artwork proof, then a 3D preview. Approving the artwork proof fixes the likeness, pose, outfit and colours; approving the 3D preview releases the piece for printing. The revision rounds included at each stage are stated on the product page; further changes after an approval are quoted as new design work. Once printing starts, changes can no longer be applied, and our quality obligations are as set out in clause 7.

Hand-painted finishes vary slightly from piece to piece; such variation is part of the product and not a defect. By submitting photographs you confirm you have the right to share them, including the consent of any other person shown. Photos are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Our liability for any single job is capped at the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill) arising from our Services, except where Singapore law prevents such limitation.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel an order at any time before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation) for a full refund. After production starts, refunds are pro-rated against work completed. Custom-finished pieces (electroplating, painted) have higher cancellation costs and we'll communicate them at the time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
