CNC Machining CNC Machining When the part needs to be solid metal, plastic or hardwood, whether aluminium, steel, titanium, brass or walnut, CNC delivers tolerances and surface finish that 3D printing can't. -
Laser Engraving and Cutting Laser Engraving & Cutting Laser engraving and cutting under one roof. Permanent marks on tumblers, metal, acrylic, wood and leather; acrylic, wood, card, leather, felt, foam and fabric cut to shape. -
Sheet Metal Fabrication Sheet Metal Fabrication and Bending Flat metal sheet cut to shape, then bent into brackets, covers, trays and enclosures, and thick plate laser cut up to 60 mm. Stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass or copper. -
Silicone Molding & Vacuum Casting Silicone Moulding & Vacuum Casting Make identical parts from a printed master without the cost of injection-mold tooling. No minimum order, and a larger run costs less per piece. Resin, polyurethane, or food-safe silicone outputs. -
Vacuum Forming Vacuum Forming Thin plastic shells formed over a mould: trays, covers, packaging inserts, enclosure shells and sign faces. We 3D print the mould for short runs, so there is no tooling to buy. -
Injection Molding (Bridge) Injection Moulding When you outgrow silicone molding (500+ identical units), injection molding takes over. We do the front-end design and DFM, then arrange the tool and the production run.

SLS Nylon 3D Printing SLS 3D Printing Powder-bed nylon printing for functional parts: hinges, clips, enclosures and moving assemblies that need real strength and no support marks, in durable PA12 or PA11-like nylon. -
MJF Nylon 3D Printing MJF 3D Printing (Multi Jet Fusion) Nylon powder printing for parts that have to work: enclosures, clips, brackets and batches in tough black PA12, or stiffer PA12 glass bead, with no support marks. -
Metal 3D Printing Metal 3D Printing Metal 3D printing for parts plastic cannot do: strong, heat-resistant, complex geometry in stainless steel, aluminium and titanium, from one-off functional prototypes to end-use hardware.
