A live engraving booth turns a photo into something people keep. Guests don’t queue for a photographer or fill in a form. They scan a code, snap a picture on their own phone and watch it become line art on the exact bottle they’ll take home. Then they carry on with the event until their number comes up.
How it works for your guests
- Scan. The booth screen shows a big QR code. Any phone camera opens the guest page, with your logo on it.
- Snap. They take a photo or pick one from their camera roll: a selfie, their team, their dog, or your company logo.
- See it. In about 20 seconds they see it as line art on a 3D bottle they can turn, with the size in millimetres. They can add a line of text and choose its font.
- Collect. They send it to the booth, get a ticket number and a WhatsApp when it’s ready. Their number shows up on the booth screen too.
What the booth brings to your event

What we engrave at events

How we make it

Plan
Tell us the date, the venue and roughly how many guests. We suggest the item and the number of bottles, and you send your logo for the guest page and the booth screen.

Set up
We arrive with the laser, the bottles and a screen showing your event's QR code. All we need is a table and a power point. Guests use their own mobile data, so venue wifi is optional.

On the day
Guests scan, snap and send. Each drawing is checked by our team before it's engraved, and guests get a ticket number and a WhatsApp when their bottle is ready to collect.

You get the numbers for the day, how many bottles were made and how many guests took part, so you know what the booth did for your event.

How does the live engraving booth work?
Guests scan the QR code on the booth screen with their phone camera and take or choose a photo. In about 20 seconds they see it as clean line art on a 3D bottle they can turn. If they like it, they add their name and send it to the booth. We check every drawing, engrave it with our laser and hand it over with their ticket number, usually within minutes.
What can guests engrave?
Portraits, groups, couples, pets, company logos, patterns and flowers. Photos are drawn as line art. Flat artwork such as a logo is traced exactly as it is, so it comes out true to the original. Guests can also add a line of text under it, and a longer message wraps onto a few lines.
How much does a live engraving booth cost?
It depends on the number of guests, the item and how long the booth runs. You can cover the bottles for your guests, which suits corporate events and launches, or run it as a pay-per-bottle booth. Tell us your date and guest count and we'll send a quote.
What do you need from the venue?
A table about 1.8 m long, one power point and a spot where the booth screen can be seen. The guest page runs on each guest's own mobile data, so the booth doesn't depend on the venue's wifi.
Can the booth carry our brand?
Yes. Your logo appears on the page guests open when they scan and on the booth screen at the table. The event name appears on each guest's ticket.
