Acrylic & sheet stock

Laser engraving and cutting handles the jobs that 3D printing can’t: flat sheet stock, large surface areas, intricate paper artwork, and permanent marks on finished products. We run it constantly alongside printing and finishing, for engraved awards and gifts, signage, scale-model substrates, and packaging.
Engraving: permanent marks on finished products
We engrave logos, names, and artwork onto acrylic, wood, leather, anodised aluminium, and stainless steel. A rotary attachment lets us wrap engraving cleanly around tumblers, bottles, flasks, and glasses, so corporate gifts and event giveaways come back permanent and dishwasher-safe rather than printed and peeling. Personalised awards, plaques, and statement gifts are a core part of what we do, often combining an engraved base or message with a 3D-printed or sculpted centrepiece.
Cutting: acrylic, wood, and sheet stock
Acrylic comes in clear, frosted, and the full Pantone range from 3mm to 25mm, with flame-polished edges available for a premium finish on signage and display pieces. Plywood and MDF run 3mm to 12mm for model bases, fixtures, fretwork, and packaging inserts, and we also cut paper, cardstock, and leather for invitations, tags, and templates. Cuts hold ±0.1 mm with a tight kerf and no scorch on the visible face.
Architectural and scale model parts
Laser cutting is how we produce the flat substrates behind many of our scale models: contour-cut baseboards, facade panels, railings, and fine fretwork that would be slow or imprecise to make any other way. Because we design, cut, print, paint, and assemble under one roof, the cut parts arrive already matched to the rest of the model.
Send DXF, AI, SVG, or PDF files with clear cut and engrave layers, or a high-resolution greyscale image for tonal engraving. If you’re sending a vector you’ve drawn yourself, set strokes to 0.001mm and convert text to outlines. We’ll quote within the same business day.

How we make it
-
Artwork & vector prep
DXF, AI, SVG, or PDF with clear cut and engrave layers. Strokes set to 0.001mm, text outlined, raster art set to greyscale for tonal engraving. We flag anything that won't cut or engrave clean.
-
Material selection
Acrylic, plywood, MDF, wood, leather, anodised aluminium, or coated metal. We match material and thickness to the job, from 3 mm sheet stock to a stainless tumbler.
-
Laser cut or engrave
CO₂ and fibre lasers cut and engrave to ±0.1 mm. Flat parts run on the bed; tumblers, bottles and cylindrical pieces spin on a rotary attachment for even, wrap-around engraving with no scorch on the visible face.
-
Pack & deliver
Pieces masked or interleaved to prevent edge-to-edge scratching, engraved gifts boxed presentation-ready. Same-day pickup from Bendemeer for local jobs, or courier islandwide.
Frequently asked
How much does laser engraving and cutting cost in Singapore?
Laser cutting starts from S$25 per A4 piece and scales with material, thickness, and how intricate the path is. Engraving is priced by the engraved area and the depth or detail required, so a single name on a tumbler costs far less than a tray of densely engraved name tags. Send your file or a photo of the item and we return a firm price the same business day, with volume discounts from 10 units up.
Can you engrave tumblers, bottles, and other drinkware?
Yes. We engrave stainless steel and aluminium tumblers, flasks, bottles, and glasses using a rotary attachment that spins the item under the laser for a clean, even wrap-around mark. It is permanent, dishwasher-safe, and ideal for corporate gifts, event giveaways, and personalised awards. Send your logo as a vector and the cup model or a sample, and we will confirm the engraving area and finish.
What materials and thicknesses can you laser engrave and cut?
We cut acrylic from 3mm to 25mm in clear, frosted, and the full Pantone range, plus plywood and MDF from 3mm to 12mm, and paper, cardstock, and leather. For engraving we mark acrylic, wood, leather, anodised aluminium, coated and stainless steel, and curved drinkware. Flame-polished acrylic edges are available if you want a premium finish on signage or display pieces.
Do you make laser-cut architectural and scale model parts?
Yes, laser cutting is how we produce the flat substrates behind many of our scale models, from contour-cut acrylic and MDF baseboards to facade panels, railings, and fine fretwork that 3D printing or hand-cutting can't match for speed or crispness. We work from your CAD or drawings, and pair the cut parts with in-house 3D printing, painting, and assembly for a finished model.
What file format do I need to send for a laser job?
Send a vector file in DXF, AI, SVG, or PDF with clear cut and engrave layers. If you drew it yourself, set strokes to 0.001mm and convert all text to outlines so the path runs clean. For photo or tonal engraving, a high-resolution greyscale image works best. We review every file and flag anything that won't run properly before we start, and we quote within the same business day.
How accurate is the work, and how do I collect my parts?
Our lasers cut and engrave to within plus or minus 0.1mm, with a tight kerf and no scorch on the visible face thanks to masking film and air-assist. Pieces are masked or interleaved before packing so edges don't scratch in transit, and engraved gifts are boxed presentation-ready. Self-collect same-day from our studio at 994 Bendemeer Road, or we courier islandwide.
