Flow Meter Panel Mount

A custom panel-mount adapter developed for an industrial flow meter, so the transmitter drops neatly into an equipment panel and locks in place. We designed the bracket around the meter’s body and the panel cutout, giving it a clean bezel at the front and captive mounting points behind.

How we made it

The path from idea to part shows how we develop hardware. We first printed the adapter in PLA to check it against the actual meter and panel, tuning the bore, the retaining tabs and the screw positions until the fit was right. Once the geometry was proven, we produced the final mounts in metal 3D printing for a rigid, durable bracket that suits an industrial fitting.

The result is a drop-in panel mount: the flow meter seats from the front, the bracket clamps it to the panel, and the rear stays clear for the wiring terminals and communication modules.
