- One finished box
At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we built a glove box enclosure for Adi Designs from their 3D model. They needed it made and assembled: acrylic panels, XPS foam, glove ports and the hardware to hold it together.
Production
Step 2 of 4 · 18/06/2026
We laser-cut the acrylic panels from cutting files laid out from Adi Designs' model, cut the blue XPS foam to size and 3D printed the round glove port rings.
Build & assembly
Step 3 of 4
We fitted the panels together with the XPS foam, trimmed the window opening by hand and seated the glove ports, checking each face sat square before the box went on its stand.
The final build
Step 4 of 4 · 30/06/2026
Adi Designs got a finished glove box: two round glove ports facing each other, a framed viewing window, white acrylic inside and a blue foam rim, raised on an open stand.
