Signage isn’t just a vinyl sticker on a wall, and it isn’t just flat acrylic letters either. Most of what we make sits between the two: laser-cut acrylic when the brand mark needs to be sharp and clean, 3D-printed when the design is sculptural, dimensional, or has to feel like more than a logo glued to a surface.
We do both, plus the lighting, finishing, and mounting that turns either one into a finished install.
When to choose flat acrylic vs. 3D-printed
- Flat acrylic wins when the brand mark is essentially 2D and you want crisp edges, edge-glow, or transparency. Laser-cut to ±0.1 mm and cheaper per unit at any volume.
- 3D printed wins when the sign has depth, undercuts, complex curves, or sculptural form, like a brand mascot, a building-shape directory, an oversized 3D logo with chamfered edges. We print in PLA/PETG/SLA and finish with the same paint, electroplating, and clear-coating we use on trophies.
Many jobs use both, for example a laser-cut acrylic backboard with 3D-printed dimensional letters mounted on top. We design for the mix when it serves the piece.

How much does acrylic signage cost in Singapore?
Acrylic letter signs are quoted per design because price depends on size, thickness, and finish. Laser cutting starts from S$25 per A4 piece at plus or minus 0.1mm accuracy, and we cut clear or coloured acrylic from 3mm up to 25mm thick. Add UV print for full-colour graphics from S$10 to S$40 per part, or edge-polishing for a premium clear edge. Send your vector logo (AI, EPS, or PDF) and rough size and we return a price the same business day.
Should I go with flat acrylic, 3D-printed, or backlit signs?
Flat laser-cut acrylic is best when the brand mark is essentially 2D and you want crisp edges, edge-glow, or transparency, and it stays cheaper per unit at any volume. Go 3D-printed when the sign has depth, undercuts, curves, or sculptural form like a brand mascot or oversized logo with chamfered edges, printed in PLA, PETG, or resin from S$0.10 per gram on FDM. Backlit means LED edge-lit or halo-lit acrylic, which suits receptions, retail counters, and trade-show booths. Many jobs combine them, for example a laser-cut acrylic backboard with 3D-printed dimensional letters on top.
Can you make large dimensional letters and what sizes do you handle?
Yes, we make dimensional letters in two ways. For flat 3D acrylic letters we laser-cut from 3mm to 25mm acrylic and stand-off mount them for the floating-off-the-wall look. For deeper sculptural letters with chamfers or curves we 3D-print in PLA, PETG, or resin, then sand, prime, paint, or electroplate them in the same workshop. Send your vector or 3D file (STEP, STL, OBJ) plus the rough size and we confirm material and finish up front.
Do you handle installation, and how long does a sign take?
Yes, we pre-fit the mounting before delivery so on-site install is fast, whether that is wall-mounted stand-offs, freestanding bases, hanging hardware, or a backlight box. Standard production runs 5 to 7 working days after the design is confirmed, and we quote within the same business day of receiving your file. You can self-collect from our studio at 994 Bendemeer Road or we courier islandwide.
