Signages
Custom signage in every dimension — acrylic 3D letters, backlit displays, wayfinding boards, plus 3D-printed sculptural signs that move beyond flat. Designed, fabricated, and finished in-house.
Capabilities
- 3D laser-cut acrylic letters (3mm – 30mm)
- Backlit (LED edge-lit, halo-lit) signs
- 3D-printed sculptural and dimensional signage
- UV-printed graphics directly on acrylic or printed parts
- Wall-mounted, freestanding, or hanging
- Stand-off mounting hardware
- Pantone-matched colour
How we make it
- 01
Brief & vector file
Send us a vector logo (AI/EPS/PDF) or a 3D concept, plus substrate, location, and rough size. We quote within the same business day.
- 02
Material & finish selection
Acrylic thickness and colour, 3D-print material (PLA, PETG, resin), edge finish, paint or UV-print artwork — all confirmed up front.
- 03
Cut or print
CO₂ laser for flat acrylic letters and panels. FDM, SLA, or SLS 3D printing for sculptural signs and dimensional logos that go beyond 2D.
- 04
Print & finishing
UV print for full-colour graphics. Sand, prime, paint, electroplate, or apply backlight LEDs — finished in the same workshop.
- 05
Mount & install
Wall-mounted stand-offs, freestanding bases, hanging hardware, or backlight boxes — pre-fitted before delivery so on-site install is fast.
Signage isn’t just a vinyl sticker on a wall — and it isn’t just flat acrylic letters either. Most of what we make sits between the two: laser-cut acrylic when the brand mark needs to be sharp and clean, 3D-printed when the design is sculptural, dimensional, or has to feel like more than a logo glued to a surface.
We do both — plus the lighting, finishing, and mounting that turns either one into a finished install.
What we make
- 3D acrylic letters — laser-cut from 3 mm to 30 mm clear or coloured acrylic, stand-off mounted for that “floating off the wall” look.
- Backlit signs — LED edge-lit or halo-lit acrylic for receptions, retail counters, and trade-show booths.
- 3D-printed sculptural signage — dimensional logos, brand mascots, wayfinding pieces with depth, and feature signs you can’t laser-cut from a flat sheet.
- Wayfinding — building directories, room signs, washroom plates, exhibition labels.
- Awards-and-recognition — engraved or printed acrylic plaques (cleaner than traditional brass).
- Retail display — custom shelf-talkers, point-of-sale signs, brand fixtures.
When to choose flat acrylic vs. 3D-printed
- Flat acrylic wins when the brand mark is essentially 2D and you want crisp edges, edge-glow, or transparency. Laser-cut to ±0.1 mm and cheaper per unit at any volume.
- 3D printed wins when the sign has depth, undercuts, complex curves, or sculptural form — a brand mascot, a building-shape directory, an oversized 3D logo with chamfered edges. We print in PLA/PETG/SLA and finish with the same paint, electroplating, and clear-coating we use on trophies.
Many jobs use both — laser-cut acrylic backboard with 3D-printed dimensional letters mounted on top, for example. We design for the mix when it serves the piece.
Materials and finishes
- Clear acrylic (3 mm to 30 mm thick)
- Coloured acrylic (full Pantone range, frosted finishes)
- Mirrored and metallic-finish acrylics
- 3D-print materials — PLA, PETG, ABS, resin, SLS nylon
- Edge-polishing for premium clear edges
- UV print over the surface for full-colour graphics
- Spray paint, electroplate (chrome, gold, copper, brass), and clear-coat options for printed parts
What we need
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF) for laser work, or a 3D file (STEP, STL, OBJ) for printed signs. Tell us the substrate (wall? glass? freestanding?), the location (indoor / outdoor), and the rough size. We’ll quote within the same business day.
