Selected work
Laser engraving puts a permanent mark on a finished product: a logo on a tumbler, a name on a plaque, a message on an award base. Unlike a printed or stuck-on graphic, an engraved mark is in the surface, so it cannot peel, fade or wash off. We run engraving constantly alongside laser cutting, 3D printing and finishing, which means an engraved piece can be one job on its own or the final step of a larger build.

Marking types
Not every engraving is the same mark. Surface engraving scores the top layer for a clean, precise graphic, while deep engraving cuts further into the material where you want the mark to carry relief. For images, tonal engraving works from a high-resolution greyscale file, shading darker areas more heavily. And for anything cylindrical, a rotary attachment spins the piece under the laser so the engraving wraps evenly around the curve with no distortion and no scorch on the visible face.

What materials can you laser engrave?

Can you engrave tumblers, bottles and other drinkware?
Yes. Stainless steel and aluminium tumblers, flasks, bottles and glasses all engrave well. A rotary attachment spins the piece under the laser so the mark wraps evenly around the curve, and the result is permanent and dishwasher-safe, which is why engraved drinkware is a staple for corporate gifts and event giveaways. Send your logo as a vector plus the cup model or a sample, and we confirm the engraving area and finish.
Can you engrave a photo or shaded artwork?
Yes. Send a high-resolution greyscale image and we engrave it tonally, with darker areas marked more heavily than lighter ones. For crisp line work such as text, logos and monograms, a vector file in DXF, AI, SVG or PDF with text converted to outlines gives the cleanest result, and vector files are quoted within the same business day.
How accurate is the engraving, and how do I collect my pieces?
Our lasers hold plus or minus 0.1mm, with masking film and air-assist keeping scorch off the visible face. Finished pieces are masked or interleaved before packing so nothing scratches in transit, and engraved gifts are boxed presentation-ready.
