What we brought

    Full colour, straight onto clear acrylic

    We UV printed the station front, canopy and pylon sign straight onto the acrylic, so the clear material shows.

  2. How we look after you

    Renders first, until the design was right

    We reworked the trophy in 3D, from an upright plaque to a free-standing station scene, before anything was cut.

  3. What you get

    A set that matches, checked side by side

    All five trophies were checked together on video before they left the studio, ready for the anniversary.

Occasion
Vitol and BHPetrol's 20th anniversary

At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we made a set of clear acrylic trophies for the 20th anniversary of Vitol and BHPetrol. The trophy had to show the brand itself, a BHPetrol station, and carry both logos and the date.

Design and prototyping

Step 2 of 5

Our first render was an upright clear plaque carrying both logos above a station front, on an orange 3D printed base. We reworked it in 3D until the station, its pylon sign and the anniversary text stood together on one acrylic base.

    We stood the BHPetrol pylon sign out front, beside the station, on a longer orange base.

    The plaque was removed. The station stood on its own, with the logos and date printed on the base.

    We applied the latest anniversary artwork, then put the Vitol logo first on the base.

Production

Step 3 of 5

We cut the clear acrylic parts: the base block, the station and the pylon sign. Each part was then UV printed in full colour: the station front and canopy, the pylon sign, and the logos and date on the base.

Build and assembly

Step 4 of 5

The station and its pylon sign were fitted to the base, leaving the acrylic clear around the print. We then checked all five trophies side by side on video before they left the studio.

Each trophy is a miniature BHPetrol station with its pylon sign, standing on a clear acrylic block printed with both logos, 20th Anniversary and 20 May 2026.
