How we make it

Brief & concept
What's being recognised, who's receiving, when, and how many. We sketch 2–3 directions and pick one with you.

3D design
Selected concept goes into CAD with engraving plate areas, mounting points, and presentation packaging designed in.

3D print master
SLA resin or FDM master print depending on detail and scale. Multi-part assembly where the form needs it.
- 04
Finish & electroplate
Sand, prime, paint, electroplate, polish. Chrome, gold, copper, or brass finishes that look (and feel) like real metal.
- 05
Engrave, assemble, pack
Personalised plaques, final assembly, and a bespoke presentation case if you want it. Ready to hand over on the day.
