Deep metallic colour, airbrushed by hand
We airbrushed the glove by hand into a metallic-blue gradient, darker down the stem and bright at the fingertips.

The brief

Step 1 of 4 · 05/12/2025

Use: Retirement gift for the club's goalkeeper

At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we made a retirement trophy for a Lion City Sailors goalkeeper. The club wanted a one-off piece that showed his position, his number 17 and his name.

Production

Step 2 of 4 · 18/12/2025

The trophy was printed in SLA resin as separate parts: the glove on its tapered stem, the number 17, and the fluted pillar on its hexagonal base, so each could take its own finish.

Build and assembly

Step 3 of 4

We primed every part, airbrushed the glove by hand in metallic blue and painted the pillar and base silver. The silver number and lettering were set in, then the glove was slotted into the pillar.
