- Presented to winners at the awards
At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we made the trophies for *SCAPE's 8th National Youth Film Awards in 2022. *SCAPE needed one design across the Student and Open Youth categories, with every trophy naming its award, film and winner.
Production
Step 2 of 4
We made the parts for every trophy: a white tower with a round seat for the disc and a recess for the plate, the layered teal peaks, a gold disc carrying the awards' logo, and a lettered plate for each winner.
Build and assembly
Step 3 of 4
Each trophy was put together from its parts: the teal peaks set into the top of the tower, the gold disc into its round seat and the winner's plate into the front, with *SCAPE's logo at the foot.
The final build
Step 4 of 4
The finished set stood ready for the awards: each trophy under its teal peaks, with the gold disc and a plate naming the category, award, film and winner.
Finish close-ups
