What we brought
What we can do
Shaped around the tools it holds
A raised back cradles the bit case and the driver, with a row of holes for loose bits.
How we look after you
Made to hang where you work
The shelf hangs on a pegboard, held by a twist peg, off the bench top.
What you get
Bits stay in reach mid-job
The bit in use drops into its own hole beside the driver, not loose on the bench.

The brief
Step 1 of 4
- Holds
- An electric precision screwdriver and its bit case
- Loose bits
- A row of holes beside the driver
- Mounting
- A wooden workbench pegboard
At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we made a pegboard holder for a precision screwdriver set. It needed to keep the electric driver, its bit case and the bits in use together, off the workbench.
Production
Step 2 of 4
We printed the shelf in white on our FDM printers, with a curved back that rises behind the bit case and the driver, and a row of bit holes along its front.
Build and assembly
Step 3 of 4
The shelf hangs on the pegboard, held by a grey twist peg, with the bit case and the driver standing upright in it.
The final build
Step 4 of 4
The finished holder keeps the whole set on the pegboard: the bit case at the back, the driver beside it and the bits in use standing in their holes.
