What we brought
What we can do
Sharp detail, light on the structure
The full-size head keeps every tooth and contour sharp while staying light enough for its pillar.
How we look after you
An open jaw that holds its shape
The extended jaw stays stable for the long term, safely fixed above a busy space.
What you get
Rock that blends into the interior
The rock-textured pillar and stone feature wall read as natural rock and blend into the interior design.

The build
How we built it

The brief
Step 1 of 5
At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we were asked for a stone feature wall with an integrated dinosaur head that captures attention at once. It had to last in a high-traffic space and fit the client's interior layout.
Resin prototype
Step 2 of 5
Before full-size production, a resin prototype miniature of the head showed the level of detail the full-size head would carry: the open jaw, every tooth, the eye sockets and the rock it breaks out of.
Production
Step 3 of 5
We 3D printed the full dinosaur head in lightweight, high-strength parts, which allowed precise detailing while reducing the load on the structure. An internal frame was engineered to support the extended jawline and depth of the sculpture.
Finishing and installation
Step 4 of 5
The rock-textured pillar and stone feature wall were built with custom textures and contours for a natural, rugged look that blends into the interior design. The frame ensured long-term stability and safe installation on site.
The final build
Step 5 of 5
The completed stone feature wall transformed the space. The dinosaur head, its focal point, now greets every visitor from its rock-textured pillar.
Rock texture close-ups
These close-ups show the custom rock texture: where the wall meets the pillar, where it rises to the ceiling, and a door hidden in the stone.
