Custom corporate gifts, made in Singapore
Most corporate gifts get drawered. The ones that stay on a desk are the ones made for the moment, designed around the brand or the person rather than ordered from a catalogue. We are a Singapore fabrication studio, so we make custom corporate gifts from scratch, in-house, from your logo or a brief. This guide covers the types, the finishes, what they cost and how long they take, so you can brief one well.
Why custom beats off-the-shelf
A branded power bank says you spent a budget. A piece made for the occasion says you paid attention. Custom gifts carry a story: the recipient’s likeness, your product rendered in miniature, a milestone marked in metal. That is the difference between a gift that gets used up and one that gets kept and shown off. It also lets you control the impression completely, from the colour to the weight in the hand.

The main types of custom corporate gift
Four formats cover most briefs. Each links to a deeper guide if you want the full menu.
- Custom figurines of a team, mascot or recipient, sculpted from a photo and hand-painted. See custom 3D figurines.
- Sculptural awards in electroplated chrome, gold or copper for annual recognition and partner milestones. See custom trophies and awards.
- Branded desk pieces such as a scale model of your product or a weighted logo object.
- Bulk event gifts, one design produced as a matched run for a conference or D&D.

Materials and finishes that make a gift feel premium
Finish is what separates a printed object from a made one. We print the form, then take it through the same finishing as our awards: sprayed to your Pantone colours, electroplated in real metal, or clear-coated to a furniture sheen. A figurine gets the resin detail of an SLA print and hand painting; a desk piece can be plated so it reads as cast metal, not plastic.

Personalisation: logo, brand colours, names
Branding is built in, not applied. We model your logo or product in 3D so it is part of the object, match your exact brand colours, and engrave names, dates or a short message. For a set of long-service awards, every piece can carry a different name while staying visually identical, the way the Public Transport Council appreciation awards did.

Bulk and event runs
For a conference, an anniversary or a company dinner, the trick is one design produced as a consistent run. We cast from a silicone master, from S$300 per mold, or print in batches, with volume discounts from 10 units. Every gift comes out identical, and we plan production backwards from your event date so nothing arrives late.

What custom corporate gifts cost
Cost tracks three things: size, finish and quantity. A hand-sized 3D print starts from S$0.10 per gram; an electroplated metal finish adds roughly S$60 to S$180 per piece; quantity pulls the unit price down. The estimator below gives a ballpark for a typical desk-sized gift. For anything specific, send a brief and we quote the same business day. The full menu of formats sits on our customised corporate gifts page.
How long they take
A single bespoke piece turns around in 5 to 7 working days once the design is approved. Bulk runs and heavy finishing add time. Share the quantity and the deadline up front and we confirm a timeline with the quote, then work to it.
How we make yours
The process is the same whether it is one gift or five hundred: a short brief on what is being marked and for whom, two or three concept directions, then design, fabrication, finishing and packaging in-house. We have made appreciation pieces and awards for SGX, GIC, BMW MINI, Hennessy, ST Engineering, Glenfiddich and a hundred-plus Singapore corporates, so the brief-to-delivery path is well worn.

Frequently asked
Where can I get custom corporate gifts made in Singapore?
Additive Inn is a Singapore fabrication studio that designs and makes custom corporate gifts in-house, from a single bespoke piece to a bulk event run. We work from your logo, a photo or a brief, handle design, printing, finishing and packaging under one roof, and quote the same business day.
What is the minimum order for custom corporate gifts?
One. Because we design and fabricate in-house, a single bespoke gift is viable, not just bulk runs. For volume, discounts begin at 10 units and we cast from a silicone master, from S$300 per mold, so a large run stays consistent and the per-piece cost drops.
Can you put our logo and brand colours on the gifts?
Yes. Every gift is built from your brand, not stickered with it. We model your logo or product in 3D, spray to your exact Pantone colours, or electroplate in chrome, gold, copper or brass, and add engraved names or messages.
Are custom corporate gifts expensive?
Less than most people expect. 3D printing starts from S$0.10 per gram, electroplated metal finishes add roughly S$60 to S$180 per piece, and quantity brings the unit price down. Use the estimator below for a ballpark, or send a brief for an exact figure.
How far in advance should we order corporate gifts for an event?
Two to three weeks is comfortable for a bulk run. A single piece turns around in 5 to 7 working days once the design is approved. Heavy finishing or large quantities add time, so the earlier you share the date and the numbers, the better we plan production around it.
