Printed on a curved, perforated ball
The logo sits on the ball's curve between four holes, where the brand's guideline puts it.
How we look after you
Small type, kept readable
At about 3 mm tall the wordmark and badge have to print clean, so the artwork was set up to hold its shape on the ball.

At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we UV printed a brand's logo onto pickleballs. The client brought two fluorescent yellow perforated balls, two logo designs and the brand's guideline for where the logo sits on the ball.
Design and prototyping
Step 2 of 5
The logo files came from the client's designer. At this size a fine line can disappear on the ball, so the CIRCLE PRO wordmark was set in a solid weight that prints clearly at about 3 mm, with the round badge centred beneath it.
Production
Step 3 of 5
Each ball was UV printed in black in one position, the logo centred between four holes on the ball's curve.
Checking the print
Step 4 of 5
There was nothing to put together, so each ball went through a final check instead: the logo centred between the holes where the guideline puts it, and the wordmark and badge both reading cleanly.

Two balls, one design each: CIRCLE on one and CIRCLE PRO on the other, each with the round badge beneath. Both were left at our self-collection area for the client.
