Electronics Enclosure (FDM)

A compact, no-nonsense enclosure for a client’s sensor-and-button electronics, designed and FDM printed around the exact components. The green base carries the PCB and battery holder; the black textured lid closes over them with a window for the battery-level indicator and a bold numeral embossed into the face.

How we made it

Same playbook as every enclosure we build: measure the boards, model the case around them, print, fit, refine. FDM was the right process here, quick and tough, with a textured surface that hides layer lines and handles daily knocks. Screw posts in the corners hold the halves together, and every opening lines up with the component behind it.
