What we brought
What we can do
Printed from the client's own file
The client's designer supplied the model and went through the print settings with us, so the run matched the file with no design changes.
How we look after you
Two batches, both on time
The first 15 were due four days after the invoice and the rest by 19 June. We had 17 ready on the first date and all 30 by the second.
What you get
Made for display
These were display pieces, so the look came first. Printed in PLA, they are light enough for some to hang from a ceiling.

At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we printed 30 kettlebells for Spireworks from the client's own file. They were display pieces, not gym weights: the look came first, and some were to hang from a ceiling. The first 15 were due four days after the invoice and the rest three days after that.
Print settings
Step 2 of 5 · 13/06/2026
Before printing, the client's designer went through the print settings for the file with us, and we confirmed them on 13 June. The model itself was printed as supplied, with no design changes.
Printing the run
Step 3 of 5 · 16/06/2026
We printed the kettlebells in PLA on our FDM printers at 0.28 mm layers, in white and grey, each one in a single piece. On the morning of 16 June, the date the first batch was due, 17 were ready: two more than the 15 promised.
Checks and packing
Step 4 of 5 · 16/06/2026
The first batch went into a large carton wrapped in cling film and was collected from our studio that afternoon. The second batch was checked through, piece by piece, before it was handed over.
The final build
Step 5 of 5 · 19/06/2026
The rest were checked and ready on the morning of 19 June, the second due date, and the client's team collected them that afternoon. Spireworks had all 30 kettlebells seven days after the invoice.
