How a custom trophy is made

Brief and concept
What's being recognised, who's receiving it, when, and how many. We sketch two or three directions and choose one with you.

3D design
The chosen concept goes into computer-aided design (CAD), with the engraving plate, mounting points and presentation packaging designed in.
- 03
Print the master
A stereolithography (SLA) resin or fused deposition modeling (FDM) master, depending on the detail and the size, in several parts where the form needs it.
- 04
Finish and electroplate
Sand, prime, paint, electroplate and polish. Chrome, gold, copper or brass that looks and feels like real metal.
- 05
Engrave, assemble, pack
Personalised plates, final assembly, and a presentation case if you want one. Ready to hand over on the day.

Ready-made awards
No design stage needed. These three are engraved or printed with your logo and ordered online, single pieces welcome, and each page shows its lead time.
Long service awards
A long-service award is usually for one person, and it should feel like it. Our crystal peak and crystal shield are made for exactly that, engraved with the name and the years. For a programme where every milestone needs its own piece, we design a matched set.
Plaques
Plaques come as laser-engraved metal or acrylic plates, fixed to an award base or made for the wall, and as hand-cast Jesmonite frames with an engraved plate set in. Medals
Medals are made the same way as our trophies: a printed master, electroplated or painted, with each recipient's details engraved or printed. There's no die-striking tooling, so there's no minimum order either. More in our guide to custom medals in Singapore.

An award is the most memorable corporate gift you can give, but it isn't the only one we make. The same in-house design, 3D printing and electroplating goes into branded desk pieces, milestone keepsakes, event giveaways and custom figurines, whether as a single gift or a matched bulk run. Frequently asked questions
How much do custom trophies cost in Singapore?
Starting prices for our ready-made awards and our own designs are on our pricing page. Bespoke awards are quoted per design. A single electroplated, painted piece is priced differently from a matched set of 100 acrylic awards. Send your logo, theme or quantity and we return a concept direction and a price, usually the same business day. Our ready-made awards and our own designs get cheaper at checkout from the second piece: 5% off from 2, 10% from 5, 15% from 10, 20% from 25 and 25% from 50.
Is there a minimum order for custom trophies?
No. We make one-off statement pieces as readily as matched sets of up to 500. A one-off is built around a resin master, while runs of 20 to 500 can move to silicone moulding, where the mould is priced once and each cast is priced per piece, which brings the unit cost right down.
How long do custom trophies take, and can you do a rush job?
A painted or electroplated trophy takes 8 to 15 working days in all, print included. A batch takes about 10 to 20 working days painted, or 13 to 21 plated, and a volume run with bespoke presentation cases 4 to 6 weeks. We've turned trophies in 48 hours when the alternative was no trophy at all, so tell us the deadline up front. Collect from our Bendemeer studio, or we courier islandwide.
Can you electroplate or match our brand colours?
Yes. We electroplate real chrome, gold, copper or antique brass over a printed master, then spray to Pantone-matched colours with airbrushed detailing. The finish looks like cast metal. Plating, airbrushed colour and UV-printed logos are priced by surface area, and our pricing page has the starting prices.
Can you design a trophy from just our logo?
Yes. Our team designs from a brief, a logo or a theme, prints a master, finishes it, and produces matched sets to the same standard.
Do you sell ready-made trophies?
Yes. A layered acrylic award on oak, a crystal peak and a K9 crystal shield can be ordered online, laser engraved or UV printed with your logo, and single pieces are welcome. Each one's page shows its lead time. Anything else we design from scratch.
Do you make plaques and medals too?
Yes. Plaques come as laser-engraved metal or acrylic plates, on an award base or for the wall, and as hand-cast Jesmonite frames. Medals are made the same way as our trophies, from a printed master that is electroplated or painted, so there's no die-striking tooling and no minimum order.
