One shape, many finishes
We cast the same hexagonal shape in plain white and in grey and green marbled mixes.

Masters and moulds made by us
We 3D printed the master for each shape and made the moulds in our Singapore studio.

No two pieces alike
Every cube, hexagon and cup came out with its own swirl, from bold black to soft green.

The build
How we built it

The brief
Step 1 of 4
At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we cast small pieces in Jesmonite as our own samples. We wanted planters and cups in three simple shapes, a cube, a hexagon and a round cup, each with a marble swirl.
Casting
Step 2 of 4
We 3D printed a master for each shape and made a mould from it. Then we cast each piece in Jesmonite, plain white or marbled in grey, black or green.
Finishing
Step 3 of 4
Some cubes were finished in pastel pink and blue, with gold flecks and our logo in gold on one face.
The final build
Step 4 of 4
The finished set: cubes, hexagons and cups, each with a swirl of its own, from bold black on white to soft grey and green. We cast awards in Jesmonite too.
