At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we turned Black Line's 3D file of an island casino into a physical model. They needed the casino, its facade panels, and the island with its jetties, scaled down and made printable.
Design & fitment
Step 2 of 5
We scaled the client's file, rebuilt the casino so it could be printed, and drew the island outline for cutting. Two rounds of renders followed.

Fabrication
Step 3 of 5
The casino core was 3D printed in white PLA and the ribbed facade panels in resin. The island base was cut from 3 mm black acrylic, with black jetties for the bay.
Build and assembly
Step 4 of 5
The panels fit round the casino core, and the casino and jetties sit on the island base in the places the renders show.
