What we brought
What we can do
Working parts, not just shapes
A lever pushes cards up out of their case, a loose ring slides along a twisted column, and LED strip lights a lamp from inside its rings.
How we look after you
Made to fit what goes inside
The mouse shell lines up with its board, scroll wheel and sensor; the medallion rim fits a coin-sized piece; the card holder is sized to bank cards.
What you get
Colour and texture in the print
Glittery black, a studded face and open hexagon frames all come off the printer as they are, with nothing added.

At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we 3D print small products people use every day. This page brings seven of them together, from 2021 and 2022, each made to its own design.
Printing
Step 2 of 4
Every piece was FDM printed on our own printers, with the colour in the plastic itself. The stencils were printed flat in white with the lettering left open right through the disc. The card holder's stud texture and the mouse shell's hexagons are part of the printed walls. The lamp rings each print as one continuous loop, and each succulent pot as one open frame over a solid floor.
Fitting and testing
Step 3 of 4
Then each piece met what it was made for. The mouse's circuit board went into its shell, a one-dollar coin into the medallion holder and a stack of bank cards into the card holder, with the lever worked to push them up. LED strip went along the inside of the lamp's upper rings. We planted the pots, and stood the twisted column between the desk display's cups with its ring loose on it.
The final build
Step 4 of 4
Seven finished products, each shown below on its own. Switched on, the lamp glows purple on the desk, and in the desk display's test clip a hand slides the ring up the twisted column and back down.
Coffee stencils
Two white stencils, finished on 23/09/2022: one cut with the TikTok logo and name, one with "Welcome Home". Each is a round disc with two small tabs to hold it by, and every letter is an open cut-out, down to the small notes in the logo. The logo stencil stands upright in a black printed stand for display between uses.
Honeycomb mouse shell
A computer mouse in a glittery black shell cut through with hexagons across the top, sides and base. The circuit board shows through the holes, the scroll wheel sits between the two buttons, and white glide pads sit on the base around the sensor window.
Medallion holder
A small black holder, printed in one piece on 11/08/2022: a round rim with a lip that keeps a coin-sized medallion in, and a tapered tab with a hole for a keyring. Seated, the coin sits flat in the rim.
Pop-up card holder
A slim black case for a small stack of bank cards, finished on 10/08/2022. A lever at one end pushes the whole stack up and out, and the grid of raised studs on the face grips in the hand.
Retractable table lamp
A lamp body of three white rings, finished on 18/08/2022: a round base ring with two tilted rings above it, the top one tilting back over the middle. Unlit, it reads as a white sculpture; the LED strip along the inner edge of the upper rings lights it from inside.
Succulent pots
Our own product, sold on Carousell and photographed on 16/05/2021: open white hexagon-frame pots that show a small succulent garden from every side. We planted them with succulents, cacti, grey lava stones and bark, with a ladybird figure or two for fun. Three rest together in a pyramid on a window ledge.
Twisted ring desk display
A desk piece in black, red and yellow. Three black posts rise from a round base to a three-armed top, and a twisted red and yellow column stands between two black cups inside them. A loose black ring rides the column from cup to cup when pushed by hand.
