At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we made a custom angle trim strip for a private client. They needed one length of black right-angled channel, with a lip along the top of the upright, made to their own profile.
Production
Step 2 of 4
We printed the strip in black plastic on our own FDM printers, as one continuous piece, base down on the bed, so the right angle, the lip and the step inside the channel all came out in a single print.

Here is the end of the strip, showing the right angle, the lip over the top of the upright and the step inside the channel.

Step 4 of 4
The client received one straight black strip with a clean right angle and an even lip along its full length, ready to fit where they needed it.
