Personalised gifts for colleagues and teams.

Door gifts to VIP awards, customised in our own workshop: engraved, printed, cast and painted in-house, not drop-shipped. Prices exclude GST; 9% is added at checkout.

Door gifts · under $15

Event and conference giveaways, customised with your logo. Volume quotes on runs of 10 or more.

Premium gifts · $50+

The pieces that carry a bit of weight: recognition awards and drinkware, for the one person or the short list rather than the whole room. Engraved or UV printed in-house, priced per piece, order online or ask for a bulk quote.

Made to order · awards and keepsakes

Not off a shelf: these are designed for the occasion, then printed, cast, engraved and hand-finished in our workshop. The design sets the price, so any figure shown is a starting point and every job is quoted.

Don't see what you need? We customise almost anything that fits under a laser, a UV printer or on a print bed, so tell us what you're planning.

How the catalogue works

Corporate buyers rarely start with a product. They start with a headcount and a per-pax number, so the shelf catalogue is grouped by budget rather than by product type. Right now it carries the premium drinkware band only, while the cheaper bands are re-sourced: door gifts and the S$15 to S$50 staff range are being picked again on the same rule as the drinkware, which is what a logo can actually be put on cleanly, so they will return as a shorter and better list. Need volume giveaways before then? Send the headcount and the budget and we will quote it.

The made-to-order pieces sit in their own section underneath, because a budget band is the wrong way to shop for them. A bespoke trophy, a hand-cast jesmonite plaque or a figurine is designed for the occasion first, and the design is what sets the price, so the figure on the card is a starting point rather than a price tag and we quote each job properly. Every product keeps its own page in the store, and all prices exclude GST, with 9% added at checkout.

Two ways your logo goes on

Everything here is branded in one of two ways, both done in our own Singapore workshop. Laser engraving burns the mark into the steel itself, so it can't peel, scratch off or fade in the wash. It always reads as a single tone taken from the metal underneath, which is why it suits a clean wordmark better than a full-colour logo, and why it is the one to pick for a piece someone will use every day. UV printing cures ink onto the surface instead, so gradients, photographs and your exact brand colours all come through; that's the one when the logo has to appear in colour. On a dark body a full-colour mark needs a white underbase laid down first, which is an extra pass, so a pale body is the easier canvas for a complicated logo. You don't have to work any of that out: upload your artwork and the page tells you which method it will use and why.

Artwork, proofs and lead times

Send your logo as PNG, JPG, SVG or PDF, up to 8 MB per file; a vector file is best because it scales to any product without going soft at the edges. Setup is free, and every order gets a free digital proof showing your artwork on the actual product before anything is made. Engraving and debossing only ever give one tone, so a colour logo is converted down to one and you'll see that conversion on the proof; production never starts until the proof is approved in writing. From approval, allow about 5 to 7 working days, with large runs and multi-item orders quoted on the day. For a run of 10 or more, ask us for a volume quote before you order. Orders can be self-collected at Bendemeer or delivered islandwide.

Buying for one colleague, not a headcount

Plenty of gift buying at work isn't a bulk order at all. It's a whip-round for someone leaving, a work anniversary, or a team wanting to mark something one person did. Those pick differently: the piece has to be about that person, so the made-to-order pieces above tend to fit better than the door-gift end, and a personalised piece beats a branded one because your colleague is not going to treasure the company logo. If it's a leaving gift, our farewell gift guide covers what actually gets kept, what it costs and how far ahead to start. If you want the gift to look like the person, a Mini Me figurine is sculpted from their photos and hand-painted here, from S$299.

When the catalogue isn't the answer

This page is for gifts you pick off the shelf and brand. If the brief is something designed for you, a bespoke award, a mascot figurine or a keepsake built around your logo rather than printed onto a product, that's a design job, and it runs through our customised corporate gifts service: send the occasion, quantity and deadline, and we propose a direction and a price.

Frequently asked

How is the corporate gift catalogue organised?

In two halves. The shelf catalogue is grouped by per-pax budget, because that's the number most buyers start with; it is being re-sourced at the moment, so it carries the premium drinkware band only and the door-gift and staff-gift bands return once the new range is picked. Under it sits the made-to-order section: trophies, plaques and figurines, which don't sit in a budget band at all because the design sets the price, so those are quoted per job. If you need volume giveaways in the meantime, tell us the headcount and the budget and we will quote it. All prices exclude GST; 9% is added at checkout.

What's the difference between laser engraving and UV printing?

Laser engraving burns the mark into the material itself, so it can't peel, scratch off or fade, and it always reads as a single tone taken from the material underneath. UV printing cures ink onto the surface, so gradients, photographs and your exact brand colours all come through. Some products offer a third option: our hardcover notebooks can be debossed, pressing the logo into the cover as a recess you can feel.

Is there a minimum order for catalogue gifts?

No. Catalogue products can be ordered singly at the listed price. For a run of 10 or more, ask us for a volume quote before you order. Mixing items across one order, tumblers for the team and notebooks for the speakers, is normal.

How long does a branded gift order take?

Everything is decorated in-house in Singapore, so allow about 5 to 7 working days once you've approved the free digital proof. Large runs and multi-item orders are quoted on the day. Self-collect at Bendemeer or have the order delivered islandwide.

What is a good personalised gift for a colleague in Singapore?

It depends whether you are buying for one person or for a team. For a team, engraved or printed drinkware, notebooks and desk pieces work because everyone gets the same thing and it stays useful. For one colleague, a leaving present or a work anniversary, go personal rather than branded: a hand-finished award or a figurine made to look like them will get kept, where a logo mug will not. Our farewell gift guide covers the one-person case in detail, including budgets and how far ahead to start.

Can we mix items across one gift order?

Yes, and most orders do. Tumblers for the team and notebooks for the speakers on one order is normal. When we quote a volume run we count the whole order rather than each item separately, so a mixed order still reaches the bigger break.

Can you design a fully custom gift instead?

Yes. Bespoke awards, figurines and branded keepsakes designed from your logo or brief run through our customised corporate gifts service. Send the occasion, quantity and deadline and we propose a direction and a price.
