A keychain is a small thing that gets carried everywhere. Engraved with a face, a pet or a name, it’s the gift people keep on their keys for years, not the one left on the table after the event.
Engraved, not printed
Our keychains are black acrylic, and the laser frosts the surface where it marks. The design reads soft white on black and it’s part of the acrylic, so it can’t peel or rub off the way a printed sticker does.
- Portraits and pets. Send a photo and we redraw it as clean line art, simplified so it stays recognisable at keychain size.
- Logos. Traced exactly as they are, for door gifts and team events.
- Names and messages. Set beside the art in Sans, Serif, Script or Caps. Keep it to about 25 characters so the letters stay readable.
One design or one each
Order 30 keychains with your company logo, or 30 keychains each with a different family’s portrait. Send the photos or a list of names and we lay out every piece on its own, then send you the proofs before anything is engraved.
Or a steel luggage tag
Want something heavier than acrylic? Our steel luggage tag is a 40 x 100 mm mirror steel plate on a black leather strap with a steel buckle, and our steel keychain is a 28 x 50 mm brushed plate on leather. The laser frosts the steel to a pale matte mark that can’t peel or wear off in a baggage hold.
- Portrait way up. The tag hangs strap first, so a portrait or logo sits on top with the name under it.
- One at a time, online. Upload a photo in our engraving shop, see it drawn and engraved on the tag, and pay. Ordering more of the same design brings the price down.
- Names and logos in bulk. Send us the list and the logo and we’ll proof each tag, the same way as the keychains.
Or make them live at your event
For a D&D, a family day or a launch, our live engraving booth brings the laser to you. Guests scan a QR code, take a photo on their own phone, see it on the keychain before they send it, and collect it engraved while the event carries on. Offer luggage tags beside the keychains and each guest picks theirs before the photo. It works as a fringe activity and a door gift in one.

How much do custom keychains cost?
Our pricing guide has the current rate and the minimum order. The price depends on the quantity and on whether every keychain carries its own portrait or they all share one design. Send us what you'd like engraved and how many, and we'll quote.
Can every keychain have a different photo or name?
Yes. Send the photos or a list of names and we lay out each keychain on its own. A spreadsheet with one row per person is the easiest way to send a list.
What size are the keychains?
The tag is 55 x 20 mm in black acrylic with rounded corners and a 4 mm hole at one end for the ring. The engraving sits in a 44 x 16 mm area beside the hole, so a portrait and a name fit side by side.
How does a photo become an engraving?
We redraw the photo as clean line art, the way our live engraving booth does, so faces and pets stay recognisable at keychain size. A detailed photo is simplified on purpose, since fine texture closes up at 16 mm tall. You see the proof before anything is engraved.
Can you engrave keychains live at our event?
Yes. Our live engraving booth brings the laser to your event. Guests scan a QR code, snap a photo on their phone and collect their keychain a few minutes later, engraved with it.
Do you engrave luggage tags too?
Yes. Our steel luggage tag is a 40 x 100 mm mirror steel plate on a black leather strap with a steel buckle. One or a few with a photo can be ordered in our online engraving shop; for names and logos in bulk, send them to us and we'll proof them like the keychains. The live engraving booth can offer luggage tags at your event too, on their own or beside keychains.
