The brief

Step 1 of 4

Words: Care & Trust, Reliability, Respect, Gratitude, Compassion and Integrity
Pieces per word: A set of loose letters and one stencil plate
Lettering: Bold capitals, the same on the letters and the stencil

At Additive Inn, our 3D printing studio in Singapore, we made six core values as signage. The client needed each word as loose black letters, with a stencil plate in the same lettering.

Production

Step 2 of 4

Each value was made twice in the same bold capitals: once as separate black letters, and once as a black stencil plate with the word left open. Care & Trust has a plate for each word.

Build and assembly

Step 3 of 4

We laid every set out beside its stencil, letter by letter, and checked the plates against a steel rule and a tape measure. The Compassion plate runs about 60 cm.
