How to self collect your 3D print

When your order is ready, we message you by email or WhatsApp. That message is your cue to come and collect, or to ask us to ship it. The studio is at 994 Bendemeer Road #07-06, Singapore 339943, an industrial unit near Boon Keng MRT, and self-collection runs Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00. How you know it is ready

You do not need to call and chase us. Once a job clears finishing, you get a message so you are not making a wasted trip. The standard timeline is a quote within about 24 hours of your request, then 5 to 7 working days for production once the order is confirmed. Larger batches and heavy finishing add time, and we flag that in the quote so there are no surprises. Trophies and awards can take rush slots when a deadline is tight.

What to bring

Have your order number ready. It is in the confirmation email or message you received after placing the order, and it is the fastest way for us to match you to the right bag.

• Order number: quote it at the bench or on the labelled bag.
• Nothing to print or sign: collection is quick once the number matches.
• A bag or box for fragile parts: SLA resin and fine detail prints travel better protected.

When you arrive, quote your order number or name and our team will have your part ready at the front. Check it over on the spot, and you are done. If you reach us before the ready notification, message us first so we do not send you on a wasted trip.

Self-collect or courier

Both options are open on every order. Self-collection costs nothing and lets you inspect the part on the spot, which matters for awards, signage and anything where colour or finish needs a final eye. Islandwide courier saves you the journey and suits bulky scale models, large signage letters or batches you would rather not carry. Tell us your preference when you confirm the order, or reply to the ready notification and we will arrange a local courier across Singapore.

A quick rule of thumb: collect when the part is small, precious, or you want to check it yourself; ship when it is heavy, awkward, or you are short on time.

What it costs to make

Collection is free, so the only cost is the work itself. Pricing is by material and process:

• FDM: S$0.10 to S$0.30 per gram, the budget choice for jigs, housings and prototypes.
• SLA resin: S$0.30 to S$0.80 per gram, smooth and detailed for figurines and awards.
• SLS nylon: S$0.50 to S$1.50 per gram, tough functional parts with no supports.
• CNC: from S$80 per part at +/-0.05mm tolerance.
• Laser cutting: from S$25 per A4 sheet.

Finishing is priced per hand-sized part: sand and primer S$15 to S$30, spray and topcoat S$30 to S$80, airbrush S$40 to S$120, and electroplating from S$60 for chrome up to S$180 for gold or antique.
