How to self collect?

Self-Collection Notice:

You will receive a photo of your product/3D print along with our address sent to your email or phone number when your order is ready.
Your Order Number can be found in the confirmation email sent to you after placing your order.
Upon arrival, you’ll see a self-collection area in front of our glass door
Look for your Order Number on the bags displayed on our shelf, as shown in the image above.
Having your Order Number ready ensures a quick and easy pickup.

Where do I collect my 3D print?

Self-collection is at our workshop: 994 Bendemeer Road #07-06, Singapore 339943. Hours are Monday–Friday 10:00–18:00. Weekends are by appointment. Bring your order number — we'll have the parts ready at the front. We also do local courier across Singapore if you can't make the trip.

Do I need an appointment to collect my 3D print?

No appointment needed during normal Mon–Fri 10–18 hours. For weekend collection, message us in advance via WhatsApp (+65 8923 2984) and we'll arrange. Our workshop is in an industrial unit, so loading-bay access is easier than a retail location.

What if my 3D print isn't ready when I arrive?

We'll have texted or emailed you when it's ready — the order is tagged with your name at the collection bench. If you arrive before the ready notification, we can usually still hand it over within 30 minutes if it's mid-finish. Always check the email/WhatsApp first to avoid the trip.
