For this commemorative project, the objective was to create a large, visually striking centerpiece that represents the maritime identity of the Police Coast Guard. The design needed a strong symbolic presence, combining the anchor and ship wheel into one cohesive display suitable for official ceremonies, retirement gifts, and high level presentations.

High Precision Fabrication With Strong Symbolism

We built the structure using high strength 3D printing to achieve clean curves, strong geometry, and consistent surface detailing across the entire wheel and anchor assembly. The scale of the piece required an internal reinforcement layout to keep the form rigid and durable without increasing weight unnecessarily.

A metallic silver finish was applied to deliver a premium, uniform look that reflects the discipline and professionalism of the Force. The wooden base was custom fabricated, stained, and polished to match the ceremonial tone, with the PCG crest mounted directly onto the front panel for clear and prominent branding.

The final piece commands attention with its size, clean finishing, and symbolic design. It serves as a strong representation of the Police Coast Guard’s identity and values.
