For this project, the client required a high fidelity jet engine model for a major corporate ceremony. The display needed to present the internal mechanics clearly, capture the complexity of turbine components, and deliver a polished, professional presence suitable for VIP gifting. The cutaway design had to be durable, visually clear, and structurally accurate.

Precision Modeling and Detailed Engineering

We created the jet engine using high resolution 3D printing to replicate complex turbine blades, compressor stages, and housing sections. Each internal component was modeled with clean geometry to highlight airflow pathways and mechanical relationships.

The cutaway shell was produced in multiple interlocking sections and reinforced to maintain shape over time. Acrylic mounting rods were added to give the engine a floating effect above the base. Vibrant colors and metallic coatings were applied to help viewers distinguish different functional zones of the engine.

A custom display base was constructed to house the plaque and ST Engineering branding, ensuring the entire piece matched the formal tone of the event.

The final model delivered a clear technical presentation while maintaining strong visual impact. Its combination of precise detailing, structural stability, and premium finishing made it a fitting centerpiece for the expansion opening ceremony.
