Shure 100th Year Annivesary Figurine Production
For Shure’s 100th Year Anniversary, the client required a full production run of customised figurines that carried the brand’s personality and microphone heritage. Each figurine needed clean proportions, recognisable styling, and durable assembly suitable for gifting, display, and long-term handling. The focus was on achieving strong character appeal with consistent production quality across all units.
High Accuracy Sculpting With Layered Manufacturing
We designed the figurines through detailed 3D modelling, capturing the hairstyle shapes, clothing forms, and accessory placements. Each microphone element was modeled to match Shure’s iconic product lines. The bodies, limbs, and accessories were printed as separate parts to maintain definition and guarantee crisp detailing after finishing.
The prints went through a full surface preparation workflow. Every component was sanded, primed, and smoothed to remove layer textures before painting. Colours were custom-mixed to match Shure’s branding, including the neon accents and signature microphone grille tones. Each part was hand-painted for accuracy and assembled using reinforced joints to prevent wear during handling.
The Result: A Consistent and High-Fidelity Figurine Series
The final figurines achieved a strong visual likeness, sharp detail, and vibrant colours that align with Shure’s brand identity. The modular assembly method ensured stable production for multiple units without loss of quality. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver branded collectibles with high detail, durability, and a polished finish suitable for corporate celebrations and milestones.
