For this personalised project, the client wanted a custom 3D printed sculpture based on a real couple. The goal was to recreate their pose, clothing and facial features in a clean, stylised form suitable for display. The model needed accurate body proportions, smooth surface flow and a refined finish that would hold up well under lighting and close-up viewing.

High Detail Sculpting With Human Reference Accuracy

We began by reconstructing the couple digitally using supplied photos. Their pose, height difference and hand placements were modelled carefully to maintain natural body language. Clothing folds, hair volumes and iconic accessories, such as glasses, were simplified but kept recognisable to preserve personality.

Once the sculpt was finalised, the model was prepared for high resolution printing. Thin details like fingers, glasses and hair edges were reinforced to prevent brittleness without affecting appearance. Internal structures were optimised to print cleanly while staying lightweight.
