For this national initiative, the client needed a series of appreciation awards that were bright, friendly, and instantly recognizable. The design had to capture the Caring SG Commuters identity while maintaining consistent quality across multiple units for recipients from various public transport partners.

High Accuracy Production With Smooth Finishing

We fabricated each heart-shaped figure using high resolution 3D printing to achieve clean curves, symmetry, and consistent proportions across the full batch. The signature green and blue color scheme was applied with precise masking to keep the smile logo crisp and uniform.

For the special edition trophy, we designed a white sculpted frame that forms a heart around the main emblem. This required reinforced internal supports to keep the slender structure rigid without adding unnecessary weight.

All units were mounted on matte black bases fitted with brushed metal plaques laser-engraved with award details. This provided a professional finish suitable for formal appreciation ceremonies.
