Miniature Baby Walker Chairs
For this miniature-scale project, the client needed a precise model of a baby walker chair for display and concept exploration. The piece required clean curvature, thin structural tubing, and accurate dimensional balance. The focus was on capturing the overall form in a lightweight, stable, and visually clear prototype.
Lightweight Structural Modeling With Clean Geometry
We began by simplifying the walker’s full-scale design into a proportional miniature. The seat, support frame, and footpad elements were modelled with matched scaling to ensure the silhouette stayed recognisable and functional.
Thin tubular legs and curved bars were reinforced internally to prevent sagging during printing. The seat area, with its smooth saddle shape, received extra attention to maintain a comfortable contour even at a small scale.
The model was optimised for single-piece printing to avoid visible seams, while still allowing fine structural lines to print sharply.
The Result: A Clean and Accurate Miniature Prototype
The completed miniature delivers a crisp silhouette with stable footing and refined surfaces. The piece serves as an accurate representation of a baby walker chair in scaled form, ideal for display, design validation, or presentation use.
